The Derby Ridge PTA is a dedicated group of parents, teachers, and community members who are committed to enriching the lives of our students. Through fundraising initiatives, events, and collaborative efforts, we strive to provide resources, programs, and opportunities that support the growth and development of our students.

All funds raised and contributions received will be allocated towards specific initiatives, programs, and resources that directly benefit the students and teachers at Derby Ridge Elementary. Your support can come in various forms, including financial contributions, in-kind donations, and sponsorship of specific events.

Sponsorship Levels

Grand Dragon Annual Sponsor

• Minimum donation of $500
• Sponsor level exclusivity for your industry (for example, we will only allow one dentist or one car dealership)
• Prominent logo on each monthly newsletter that is sent home with 400+ students
• Prominent logo displayed on the homepage of the PTA website
• Prominent logo displayed at all PTA meetings and events throughout the year (estimating 15 meetings and events in total)
• Prominent logo displayed on the PTA bulletin board at the school entrance
• 4 Facebook posts in our private school Facebook group staggered throughout the year dedicated solely to promoting you as a Grand Dragon Sponsor

Purple Blaze Annual Sponsor

• Minimum donation of $325
• Medium logo on each monthly newsletter that is sent home with 400+ students
• Medium logo displayed on the homepage of the PTA website
• Medium logo displayed at all PTA meetings and events throughout the year (estimating 15 meetings and events in total)
• Medium logo displayed on the PTA bulletin board at the school entrance
• 2 Facebook posts in our private school Facebook group staggered throughout the year dedicated solely to promoting you as a Purple Blaze Sponsor

Green Ember Annual Sponsor

• Minimum donation of $250
• Small logo on each monthly newsletter that is sent home with 400+ students
• Small logo displayed on the homepage of the PTA website
• Small logo displayed at all PTA meetings and events throughout the year (estimating 15 meetings and events in total)
• Small logo displayed on the PTA bulletin board at the school entrance
• 1 Facebook posts in our private school Facebook group dedicated solely to promoting you as a Green Ember Sponsor

Amethyst Yearbook Sponsor

• Minimum donation of $200
• Quarter page advertisement in our annual school yearbook
• Medium logo displayed on the PTA

Jade Yearbook Sponsor

• Minimum donation of $100
• Eighth of a page dedicated to your business' logo and contact information in our annual school yearbook
• Small logo displayed on the PTA website

School Betterment and Appreciation Sponsor

• Minimum donation of $75
• Assist the PTA in serving the school by contributing as a sponsor to help with school-wide events, teacher and staff appreciation, school improvements, and more!
• Medium logo displayed on the PTA website

Teacher Grant and Field Trip Sponsor

• Minimum donation of $50
• Help the PTA support our teachers and classrooms by contributing to our Teacher Grand and Field Trip fund that teachers and staff can apply for when they have a need for their class
• Small logo displayed on the PTA website
